First day


Cooking Classes
Morning Session:

Introduction to Thai vegetables, herb, spices and ingredients by tour to a local market.

  1. Making Green Curry Paste
  2. Cook your own Jasmine rice
  3. Green Curry Chicken
  4. Stir fried Chicken with Cashew nut
  5. Fish Soufflé (steamed curry fish in banana leaf cup)
  6. Thai style Fish cake
  7. Spicy & Sour Lemongrass Soup with shrimp
Break for lunch

Afternoon Session:

  1. Learn how to garnish and carve carrot, onion and tomato
  2. Thai spring roll
  3. Fried noodle Thai style
  4. Steamed whole Pumpkin with coconut custard (sweet)

Note: All vegetables, meat, and ingredients have been chopped up,well prepared and are ready for cooking. You learn how to cook and balance your own favor according to authentic Thai taste.

Second day

Morning Session:

  1. Beef or Chicken curry (yellow curry)
  2. Chicken coconut soup (Tom Kha Kai)
  3. Fried shrimp with garlic & pepper
  4. Sweet & Sour fish
  5. Stir-fried chicken with bamboo shoot in red curry & green pepper sauce

Break for lunch

Afternoon Session:

  1. Learn how to carve
  2. Papaya salad
  3. Fried crispy noodles (Mee Krob)
  4. Banana in coconut sauce (sweet)

Note: You have to learn how to prepare all the ingredients by yourself.
